From the Edge of the Sahara

Hundreds turned up each night to watch the “Jesus Movie”. Miles from the main road, with no electricity, two rural villages got to see the Jesus Movie powered by a small generator and got to hear the Gospel. I was personally amazed by their hunger, as literally 200-300 people came forward giving their lives to Jesus, and by the ease in which we were able to minister to the sick. The sick were healed and demons were cast out, it was really awesome. The photo shows like a cloud hovering over the people; we can only assume it was the Glory of God; it was really incredible.

Brazil

For many years I have had it on my heart to minister in Brazil. A little over a year ago, Paulo Sergio, a Brazilian that I had met in Portugal 18 years ago, contacted me through Skype. We re-established our relationship, and it wasn't long before he asked me to come down and do an "Abba's Touch" Conference.
A few weeks prior to our travel, I heard that the Mayor of the City was very much involved in helping put on the conference. What an honor to serve a city with the Mayor backing the meetings! I got to travel with Robert Buckner, a good friend and fellow missionary. The conference was a tremendous success. Many were deeply ministered to. In addition, the Mayor joined with us as we prayed for revival throughout the whole region.
One of the highlights was the opportunity to minister to the pastors, who came from all over the city. I shared on "Gates" as the authorities over the city, and each leader really humbled himself and demonstrated a fresh desire to receive more of the Father's Love. Then on the last day, we were taken to a group from the local Baptist church who were meeting at a camp in the rain forest. After teaching on "Soaking", we had a soaking session, and it was incredible seeing the Presence of God come. Many were powerfully touched!

Help for the flood survivors in Pakistan

Over the past 2 weeks we have witnessed through our news media one of the largest humanitarian disaster ever. The UN is saying that the floods in Pakistan have created a one of the biggest problems they have ever faced. It is our desire to support churches and ministries in the region to help bring basic living essentials to many that have been affected by what has happened.
Revival to the Nations will be partnering with River of Life Ministries to help support the work that Rev Anwar Masih Fazal, Eternal Life Ministries has started in these needy areas.

Revival to the Nations

The nation of Pakistan has been devastated by one of the worst humanitarian disasters in decades. According to CNN and other news organizations more than 14 million people have been effected by the flooding caused by the recent monsoon rains. More than 7 million are without food, close to a million homes have been destroyed and a large part of the country's agricultural land has been flooded, with most of the crops destroyed. At the same time the Taliban is encouraging the people and the government to refuse US help and that they would provide the help to relief the problem. This will have a disastrous impact if the Taliban had to step in and fill this need. Here are some links to news reports and video clips that will give you an idea of the scope of this disaster:

I believe this is an opportunity for the followers of Jesus, the Church, to come alongside the Christian community in Pakistan and demonstrate the love of Jesus through humanitarian relief and sharing with the flood victims, the hope that is found in the Good News of Jesus. Our ministry has been working with Pastor Anwar Fazal, who has the largest congregation in Pakistan. He has a church of over twenty thousand believers in the city of Lahore. Here is his contact information:

Here is also a link to a video where Pastor Anwar encourages believers from other nations to help the people of Pakistan with this disaster:

Pastor Anwar and his ministry team are well capable to distribute whatever resources that we could send them from the US. We have worked together for over six years and the Lord has given Pastor Anwar and I great favor in the nation, both with the Muslim government and many Muslim clerics. We have been working together with the number one cleric of Pakistan, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, on bringing peace to Pakistan. We just had a meeting in Islamabad with all the main religious leaders of the nation, including a meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari. Here are links to a few news paper reports about these meetings:

I urge you to see what you can do help with this relief effort. Every gift will help. Financial donations are the best way to help. Any food, medicine and other resources that you can arrange to ship to Pakistan are also welcome. There will also be help needed with reconstruction after the flood waters have subsided. Please share this with others and encourage as many as possible to help. We will make sure that all the donations will go to help those effected by the floods.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions and especially if you can help.

Thank you and the Lord Jesus bless you,

Hamilton

Latest!

Dear Friends,

Greetings in Jesus Name!

Gunilla and I are sitting here in the Lounge at Copenhagen Airport awaiting our flight back to America. We have had a very exciting time here in Europe, the meetings have been very deep an effective. We are sensing a new season over here and looking forward to fulfilling a number of invitations that we have to come back.

I am only back in America for 3 weeks then I am off to Ghana again. I have such an excitement for the ministry schools we will be running out there and the opportunity that we have to equip leaders. The first week in Ghana we will be putting on a "Houses of Harvest Church Planting Seminar" this program is designed to train indigenous Ghanaians to plant house churches in Muslim areas of the nation. The second week we will be putting on "The International Leaders School of Ministry", a 5 day program designed to help leaders get hold of revival in their own hearts, this school is part of 'Catch the Fire Min' in Toronto.

We are so looking forward to what God will be doing as we step out into House Church Planting, it is our prayer that genuine multiplication and growth will take place as leaders are released and lives are brought to Jesus. We will be keeping you updated on Facebook and our ministry Website.

Thanks for your prayer and support, we love and appreciate you all very much.

England

I get to travel and see so many thing happen and I’m privileged to share some of the great testimonies, here is one from our recent visit to the UK: “Thank you so much for coming to Seaford last month. Here are some things to encourage you: I came along from Eastbourne with Marja and Clair from my church. Marja had been suffering with severe headaches and they were concerned it was a condition called temporal arteriosis. One of the words of knowledge you had was about headaches, and when Marja responded, you asked Clair to lay hands on her head and command it to go. Marja was instantly healed, the headaches went and when she went for a biopsy about a week after, the doctors couldn't find anything wrong with her. Praise the Lord!

Ghana and Togo

Thank you so much for all the prayer and support that made the way for David and I to travel to West Africa last month. We were able to go ahead and open our “Leadership Development Center” in Accra, pay all the rent due and meet with the first few students coming through our doors. Over the next few years it is our desire to train and equip indigenous leaders for the harvest in West Africa. Your continued prayer for John, our ministry leader in Ghana, would be appreciated; he is doing a great job in developing the base and is an inspiration to those that are being trained. In September Gunilla and I will be running a 5-day school called “The International Leaders School of Ministry”, this school is part of the leadership training that “Catch the Fire Ministries” offers to ministry leaders around the world. At the same time we will be putting on our first “Harvest Homes Church Planting Seminar”, this training will equip church planters to plant multiplying house churches. We have such a fire burning within our hearts to see house churches planted in Africa that will bring redemptive change to the culture.
Special thanks to Terry Curran and Gerry Plunkett from Quebec for coming out to Lome, Togo, last month and run the pastors’ seminar with many of the pastors that we are currently working with in the nation. It was amazing to see these pastors open up to the message of the Father’s Love and embrace a whole new dimension of His awesome mercy. At the conclusion of my second session I prayed for a lady and within moments of me laying hands on her she was covered in gold dust, you can check out our picture online and see this incredible manifestation.
